Personal Data ( Privacy ) Ordinance

Personal data which Pakkey Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as PL) gathers from their customers is solely for the purpose of providing after-sales service and will be maintained in the strictest confidence. Customers’ personal data will be used by PL only to provide customers with occasional information on special promotions or services which PL consider may be of interest to them, or to carry out surveys relating to products, services or consumer preference trends. Customers may ask to view their personal data held by PL and have the right to demand correction of wrong or inaccurate data. In any dispute arising from inconsistencies or misinterpretations between the English and Chinese versions of this document, the English version shall prevail.
